RegisterCameraServiceHandlerClient registers the http handlers for service CameraService to "mux". If the passed in "CameraServiceClient" doesn't go through the normal gRPC flow (creating a gRPC client etc.) then it will be up to the passed in "CameraServiceClient" to call the correct interceptors.
