NewSchedulerCommand creates a *cobra.Command object with default parameters

func Run

func Run(cc schedulerserverconfig.CompletedConfig, stopCh <-chan struct{}) error

Run executes the scheduler based on the given configuration. It only return on error or when stopCh is closed.
