Overview

checkTxFeeWithValidatorMinGasPrices implements the default fee logic, where the minimum price per unit of gas is fixed and set by each validator, can the tx priority is computed from the gas price.

Justification for Custom Implementation: The `DeductFeeDecorator` is implemented instead of wrapping the existing SDK `DeductFeeDecorator` due to the need to access and modify certain unexported (private) fields and methods within the SDK's implementation. Specifically, fields such as `txFeeChecker` in the original `DeductFeeDecorator` are unexported, meaning they are inaccessible outside the package they are defined in. Go's visibility rules restrict access to unexported fields to the same package, making it impractical to extend or wrap the SDK's decorator directly in another package.

By re-implementing the `DeductFeeDecorator`, we gain full control over the logic and integration of custom fee deduction mechanisms, such as using fee granters and a gasless keeper. This approach ensures the necessary flexibility and functionality required for our specific use case, while adhering to Go's visibility constraints.

Additionally, this implementation allows for custom fee checking logic through the `txFeeChecker` function, enabling the validation of fees against validator-set minimum gas prices and the computation of transaction priority based on gas price. This flexibility is crucial for the intended functionality and optimization of transaction processing within the blockchain.
