func BuildCommandString(cmd *cobra.Command, ignoreFlags []string) string

BuildCommandString rebuilds the supplied command into a string, flags included. ignoreFlags filters out any flags specified. For example, we can rebuild `chronoctl get dashboards --bucket my-bucket` and filter the api-token flag.
