ApiServerSourceV1ClientSetupOption returns a ClientSetupOption that can be used to create a new ApiServerSource. It creates a ServiceAccount, a Role, a RoleBinding, a RecordEvents pod and an ApiServerSource object with the event mode and RecordEvent pod as its sink.
