Overview

Package Container provides methods for working with Container object instances.

Index

Constants

This section is empty.

Variables

This section is empty.

Functions

This section is empty.

Types

type Advanced

type Advanced = class

Advanced exposes a 1:1 low-level instance of the class, undocumented, for those who know what they are doing.

type Any

type Any interface {
	gd.IsClass
	AsContainer() Instance
}

type Implementation

type Implementation = implementation

Implementation implements Interface with empty methods.

type Instance

type Instance [1]gdclass.Container

Base class for all GUI containers. A [Container] automatically arranges its child controls in a certain way. This class can be inherited to make custom container types.

See [Interface] for methods that can be overridden by a [Class] that extends it.

%!(EXTRA string=Container)

var Nil Instance

Nil is a nil/null instance of the class. Equivalent to the zero value.

func New

func New() Instance

func (Instance) AsCanvasItem

func (self Instance) AsCanvasItem() CanvasItem.Instance

func (Instance) AsContainer

func (self Instance) AsContainer() Instance

func (Instance) AsControl

func (self Instance) AsControl() Control.Instance

func (Instance) AsNode

func (self Instance) AsNode() Node.Instance

func (Instance) AsObject

func (self Instance) AsObject() [1]gd.Object

func (Instance) FitChildInRect

func (self Instance) FitChildInRect(child [1]gdclass.Control, rect Rect2.PositionSize)

Fit a child control in a given rect. This is mainly a helper for creating custom container classes.

func (Instance) OnPreSortChildren

func (self Instance) OnPreSortChildren(cb func())

func (Instance) OnSortChildren

func (self Instance) OnSortChildren(cb func())

func (Instance) QueueSort

func (self Instance) QueueSort()

Queue resort of the contained children. This is called automatically anyway, but can be called upon request.

func (*Instance) UnsafePointer

func (self *Instance) UnsafePointer() unsafe.Pointer

func (Instance) Virtual

func (self Instance) Virtual(name string) reflect.Value

type Interface

type Interface interface {
	//Implement to return a list of allowed horizontal [enum Control.SizeFlags] for child nodes. This doesn't technically prevent the usages of any other size flags, if your implementation requires that. This only limits the options available to the user in the Inspector dock.
	//[b]Note:[/b] Having no size flags is equal to having [constant Control.SIZE_SHRINK_BEGIN]. As such, this value is always implicitly allowed.
	GetAllowedSizeFlagsHorizontal() []int32
	//Implement to return a list of allowed vertical [enum Control.SizeFlags] for child nodes.
	GetAllowedSizeFlagsVertical() []int32
}
