func SetupBigTable(t sktest.TestingT, tableID string, colFamilies ...string) (string, string, func())

SetupBigTable creates the given BigTable table and column families. Returns the project and instance names which can be passed to tests which use BigTable, and a cleanup function which should be deferred.
