Overview

Package connectcontactlens provides the client and types for making API requests to Amazon Connect Contact Lens.

Contact Lens for Amazon Connect enables you to analyze conversations between customer and agents, by using speech transcription, natural language processing, and intelligent search capabilities. It performs sentiment analysis, detects issues, and enables you to automatically categorize contacts.

Contact Lens for Amazon Connect provides both real-time and post-call analytics of customer-agent conversations. For more information, see Analyze conversations using Contact Lens (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/analyze-conversations.html) in the Amazon Connect Administrator Guide.

See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/connect-contact-lens-2020-08-21 for more information on this service.

See connectcontactlens package documentation for more information. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/service/connectcontactlens/

Using the Client

To contact Amazon Connect Contact Lens with the SDK use the New function to create a new service client. With that client you can make API requests to the service. These clients are safe to use concurrently.

See the SDK's documentation for more information on how to use the SDK. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/

See aws.Config documentation for more information on configuring SDK clients. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/aws/#Config

See the Amazon Connect Contact Lens client ConnectContactLens for more information on creating client for this service. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/service/connectcontactlens/#New

type ConnectContactLens

type ConnectContactLens struct {
	*client.Client
}

ConnectContactLens provides the API operation methods for making requests to Amazon Connect Contact Lens. See this package's package overview docs for details on the service.

ConnectContactLens methods are safe to use concurrently. It is not safe to modify mutate any of the struct's properties though.

func New

New creates a new instance of the ConnectContactLens client with a session. If additional configuration is needed for the client instance use the optional aws.Config parameter to add your extra config.

Example:

mySession := session.Must(session.NewSession())

// Create a ConnectContactLens client from just a session.
svc := connectcontactlens.New(mySession)

// Create a ConnectContactLens client with additional configuration
svc := connectcontactlens.New(mySession, aws.NewConfig().WithRegion("us-west-2"))

func (*ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments

ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments API operation for Amazon Connect Contact Lens.

Provides a list of analysis segments for a real-time analysis session.

Returns awserr.Error for service API and SDK errors. Use runtime type assertions with awserr.Error's Code and Message methods to get detailed information about the error.

See the AWS API reference guide for Amazon Connect Contact Lens's API operation ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments for usage and error information.

Returned Error Types:

  • InvalidRequestException The request is not valid.

  • AccessDeniedException You do not have sufficient access to perform this action.

  • ResourceNotFoundException The specified resource was not found.

  • InternalServiceException Request processing failed due to an error or failure with the service.

  • ThrottlingException The throttling limit has been exceeded.

func (*ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPages

func (c *ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPages(input *ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsInput, fn func(*ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsOutput, bool) bool) error

ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPages iterates over the pages of a ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments operation, calling the "fn" function with the response data for each page. To stop iterating, return false from the fn function.

See ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments method for more information on how to use this operation.

Note: This operation can generate multiple requests to a service.

// Example iterating over at most 3 pages of a ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments operation.
pageNum := 0
err := client.ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPages(params,
    func(page *connectcontactlens.ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsOutput, lastPage bool) bool {
        pageNum++
        fmt.Println(page)
        return pageNum <= 3
    })

func (*ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPagesWithContext

func (c *ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPagesWithContext(ctx aws.Context, input *ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsInput, fn func(*ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsOutput, bool) bool, opts ...request.Option) error

ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPagesWithContext same as ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsPages except it takes a Context and allows setting request options on the pages.

The context must be non-nil and will be used for request cancellation. If the context is nil a panic will occur. In the future the SDK may create sub-contexts for http.Requests. See https://golang.org/pkg/context/ for more information on using Contexts.

func (*ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsRequest

func (c *ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsRequest(input *ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsInput) (req *request.Request, output *ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsOutput)

ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsRequest generates a "aws/request.Request" representing the client's request for the ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments operation. The "output" return value will be populated with the request's response once the request completes successfully.

Use "Send" method on the returned Request to send the API call to the service. the "output" return value is not valid until after Send returns without error.

See ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments for more information on using the ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments API call, and error handling.

This method is useful when you want to inject custom logic or configuration into the SDK's request lifecycle. Such as custom headers, or retry logic.

// Example sending a request using the ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsRequest method.
req, resp := client.ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsRequest(params)

err := req.Send()
if err == nil { // resp is now filled
    fmt.Println(resp)
}

func (*ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsWithContext

func (c *ConnectContactLens) ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsWithContext(ctx aws.Context, input *ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsInput, opts ...request.Option) (*ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsOutput, error)

ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegmentsWithContext is the same as ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments with the addition of the ability to pass a context and additional request options.

See ListRealtimeContactAnalysisSegments for details on how to use this API operation.

The context must be non-nil and will be used for request cancellation. If the context is nil a panic will occur. In the future the SDK may create sub-contexts for http.Requests. See https://golang.org/pkg/context/ for more information on using Contexts.
