Ethereum Development with Go
《用Go来做以太坊开发》（英文名 Ethereum Development with Go）是我当年初步接触区块链时的入门书，可惜的是作者已经停止更新了。
这两年Go语言本身和go-ethereum仓库都在更新，有一些示例已经不再使用，也有一些示例的代码有了更好的库可以用。区块链行业尤其是以太坊生态也在迅速发展，有一些基础设施也有了更好的选择，因此也不在受到重视，新手们可能也不那么需要学习了。
我想更新一下相关的示例，供需要的朋友们参考。
