MigrateJSON accepts exported v0.40 x/wrkchain genesis state and migrates it to v0.45 (0.43) x/wrkchain genesis state.

MigrateStore performs in-place store migrations from SDK v0.42 of the Wrkchain module to SDK v0.45. The migration includes:
