Overview

The main type is `Client`, which provides `commitment.Root` to verify state proofs and `ConsensusState` to verify header proofs.

ExportGenesis returns the xibc client submodule's exported genesis. NOTE: CreateLocalhost should always be false on export since a created localhost will be included in the exported clients.

InitGenesis initializes the xibc client submodule's state from a provided genesis state.
