func New(statter g2s.Statter, sampleRate float32, bucketPrefix string) instrumentation.Instrumentation
New returns a new Instrumentation that forwards metrics to statsd. All bucket names take the form e.g. "insert.record.count" and are prefixed with the common bucketPrefix.
