GetCfgHost extracts the k8s rest config host from the context.

NewController initializes the controller and is called by the generated code Registers event handlers to enqueue events

Reconciler reconciles a ApiServerSource object

Reconcile compares the actual state with the desired, and attempts to converge the two. It then updates the Status block of the ApiServerSource resource with the current status of the resource.
