Golang ONVIF client

fork from videonext/onvif

Goal is create full featured golang client using ONVIF specifications. Project is in alpha stage. All profiles defined in the https://www.onvif.org/profiles/specifications/ implemented, but was not carefully tested. See examples directory for usage details.
