A configurable modular app from scratch

I am not trying to reinvent the wheel, but this app will just applying something i learn from the world.

This release will just run, but now with complete level of bootstrap. With following change

• Module able to load some variable that main app load.
• Complete bootstrap level

v0.1

This release will just start the app. It run, and provide basic configuration and service.

• Config handler.
• Basic /ping and / route that return text.
• Multilevel bootstrap init.
• Graceful shutdown.
