CreateEventBus creates the configured event bus if it does not exist

EventBridgeClient returns a reference to a new EventBridge client object

EventBusExist returns true if the passed in event bus exists and false if not

GetEventBuses retrieves all currently configured EventBuses

PublishEvent publishes the passed in event top the configured EventBus
