func PurgeOrphanedInBackground(ctx context.Context, content fleetcontrollers.ContentController, bundleDeployment fleetcontrollers.BundleDeploymentController, namespaceClient corecontrollers.NamespaceClient)
PurgeOrphanedInBackground cleans up all orphan contents in a different goroutine. It checks all contents every 5 minutes.
