func EventToVEXStatus(evt v2.Event) vex.Status

EventToVEXStatus converts an advisory event type to the corresponding vex status. Note that EventTypeAnalysisNotPlanned and EventTypeFixNotPlanned don't have good equivalentes in VEX so those event types will return an empty status.
