v6 upgrade

This upgrade moves Sommelier to major version 6.

Summary of changes

• Upgrade to cosmos-sdk 0.45.10
• Upgrade to ibc-go 3.4.0
• Add support for interchain accounts by adding the ICA host module
• Pin to a version of the gravity module with bugfixes for ledger support, setting delegate keys, and corresponding dependency upgrades
