func GetMulticlusterGatewaySubjectCommonName(serviceAccount, namespace string) certificate.CommonName
GetMulticlusterGatewaySubjectCommonName creates a unique certificate.CommonName specifically for a Multicluster Gateway. Each gateway will have its own unique cert. The kind of Envoy (gateway) is encoded in the cert CN by convention.
