Simple extension to the Azure CLI 2.0 client that allows arbitrary Azure Resource Manager REST API calls.

The client re-uses the existing az CLI authentication and authorization scheme via az account get-access-token.

Install Azure CLI 2.0. Follow the official installation guide.
