retrieves an env variable by name if available returns the provided defaultValue otherwise

func KeyToString

func KeyToString(key types.NamespacedName) string

returns the string representation of a types.NamespacedName $NAMESPACE/$NAME or just $NAME in case $NAMESPACE is empty
