func AssignAlias(req router.Request, resp router.Response) (err error)

AssignAlias will check the requested alias to see if it is already assigned to another object. If it is not, then the alias is assigned to the currently processing object. This handler should be used with the generationed.UpdateObservedGeneration to ensure that the processing is correctly reported to through the API.
