EmptyConfig returns config without any values and sections.

ForEachFileType passes configs read from next files:

• `<pref>.yaml`;
• `<pref>.json`.

func ForEnvFileType

func ForEnvFileType(pref string, f func(*config.Config))

ForEnvFileType creates config from `<pref>.env` file.
