1st improvements:

1. job id partition configuration.
2. add memory pool to reduce cost of GC.
3. improve on connection pool to reduce CPU cost.
4. remove heart-beat to reduce system call.
5. Lazy use, use command will issue before put,peek.
6. Lazy backend connection allocation.
7. refactor source code.
