func SetupSignalHandler

func SetupSignalHandler() (stopCh <-chan struct{})

SetupSignalHandler registered for SIGTERM and SIGINT. A stop channel is returned which is closed on one of these signals. If a second signal is caught, the program is terminated with exit code 1.
