contact-manager
contact-manager -- 1- Allow users to add contacts. 2- Allow user to update the contacts info. 3- Allow user to update the contacts info.
#Start Service 1- Set GOPATH , GOROOT 2- Create a database "contactmanager" , update .yml file for DB stuff 3- Open project in VSCODE 4- Run project by press F5 5- Use PostMan or Rest Client to Test Service.
