func IgnoreCancel(ctx context.Context, limit time.Duration) (context.Context, context.CancelFunc)

IgnoreCancel returns a new Context and CancelFunc for the Context. The returned Context is canceled when the provided Context is canceled, but with a delay that is at most `limit`.
