Manifest is a collection of data that describes a mod a modpack

Example (Marshal)

Marshal a struct to toml

	fmt.Println(manifest.String()) // or manifest.Buffer() to get it as a buffer
}
Output:

Example (Unmarshal)

Unmarshal a toml to a manifest struct

raw := []byte(`
	manifestVersion = 0
	[package]
	name="test-utils"
