NameForConfigMap returns a new name for a versioned `ConfigMap` of specified `version`

RollbackToVersion is used to roll back a deployment version to a previous one. The previous `ConfigMap` is taken from the `SchemaDeployment` history the `version` parameter indicates the target version.
