Live events processor.

This first iteration includes:

• Realtime consumer to ingest every live commentary of matches in progress into the system.
• Batch consumer to ingest every commentary of matches into the system and store them in a file.
• Telegram Bot Server to subscribe to custom matches updates about players, teams, etc.
