type CodeCommit ¶
This is the AWS CodeCommit API Reference. This reference provides descriptions of the AWS CodeCommit API.
You can use the AWS CodeCommit API to work with the following objects:
Repositories Branches Commits For information about how to use AWS CodeCommit,
see the AWS CodeCommit User Guide.
func (*CodeCommit) BatchGetRepositories ¶
func (c *CodeCommit) BatchGetRepositories(input *BatchGetRepositoriesInput) (*BatchGetRepositoriesOutput, error)
Gets information about one or more repositories.
The description field for a repository accepts all HTML characters and all valid Unicode characters. Applications that do not HTML-encode the description and display it in a web page could expose users to potentially malicious code. Make sure that you HTML-encode the description field in any application that uses this API to display the repository description on a web page.
Example ¶
package main import ( "fmt" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/aws" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/aws/awserr" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/aws/awsutil" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/service/codecommit" ) func main() { svc := codecommit.New(nil) params := &codecommit.BatchGetRepositoriesInput{ RepositoryNames: []*string{ // Required aws.String("RepositoryName"), // Required // More values... }, } resp, err := svc.BatchGetRepositories(params) if err != nil { if awsErr, ok := err.(awserr.Error); ok { // Generic AWS error with Code, Message, and original error (if any) fmt.Println(awsErr.Code(), awsErr.Message(), awsErr.OrigErr()) if reqErr, ok := err.(awserr.RequestFailure); ok { // A service error occurred fmt.Println(reqErr.Code(), reqErr.Message(), reqErr.StatusCode(), reqErr.RequestID()) } } else { // This case should never be hit, the SDK should always return an // error which satisfies the awserr.Error interface. fmt.Println(err.Error()) } } // Pretty-print the response data. fmt.Println(awsutil.Prettify(resp)) }
Output:
func (*CodeCommit) BatchGetRepositoriesRequest ¶
func (c *CodeCommit) BatchGetRepositoriesRequest(input *BatchGetRepositoriesInput) (req *service.Request, output *BatchGetRepositoriesOutput)
BatchGetRepositoriesRequest generates a request for the BatchGetRepositories operation.
func (*CodeCommit) CreateBranch ¶
func (c *CodeCommit) CreateBranch(input *CreateBranchInput) (*CreateBranchOutput, error)
Creates a new branch in a repository and points the branch to a commit.
Calling the create branch operation does not set a repository's default branch. To do this, call the update default branch operation.
Example ¶
package main import ( "fmt" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/aws" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/aws/awserr" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/aws/awsutil" "github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/service/codecommit" ) func main() { svc := codecommit.New(nil) params := &codecommit.CreateBranchInput{ BranchName: aws.String("BranchName"), // Required CommitId: aws.String("CommitId"), // Required RepositoryName: aws.String("RepositoryName"), // Required } resp, err := svc.CreateBranch(params) if err != nil { if awsErr, ok := err.(awserr.Error); ok { // Generic AWS error with Code, Message, and original error (if any) fmt.Println(awsErr.Code(), awsErr.Message(), awsErr.OrigErr()) if reqErr, ok := err.(awserr.RequestFailure); ok { // A service error occurred fmt.Println(reqErr.Code(), reqErr.Message(), reqErr.StatusCode(), reqErr.RequestID()) } } else { // This case should never be hit, the SDK should always return an // error which satisfies the awserr.Error interface. fmt.Println(err.Error()) } } // Pretty-print the response data. fmt.Println(awsutil.Prettify(resp)) }
