func CreateWorkingRegistration(t *testing.T, sa sapb.StorageAuthorityClient) *corepb.Registration
CreateWorkingRegistration inserts a new, correct Registration into SA using GoodKey under the hood. This is used by various non-SA tests to initialize the a registration for the test to reference.
