func CharsetReader

func CharsetReader(charset string, input io.Reader) (io.Reader, error)

CharsetReader implements the charset reader function for the XML decoder. Currently UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1 are supported.

func PackageVersion

func PackageVersion() version.Version

PackageVersion returns the version of the version package.

func StripTags

func StripTags(raw string, strict, escaped bool) (string, error)

StripTags removes the tags of the raw XML string.
