GetConfig returns a Kubernetes client config for a given context. * context - Overrides the name of the kubernetes context, otherwise current-context is used * kubeconfig - Overrides the config file path, defaults to ~/.kube/config

LoadConfig return a Kubernetes client config to be used by rest clients.
