Build a mapper of opcua with command:
```
make mapper opcua build
```
and find the binary in mappers-go/mappers/opcua/bin/
Build an image of opcua mapper with command:
```
make mapper opcua package
```
and get the infomation of the image with command:
```
docker images opcua-mapper
```
