NoUSB is a quick and simple LAN file sharing tool

Serve Directory

cd folder/you/want/to/host/
nousb

Serve Directory With Custom Port

cd folder/you/want/to/host/
nousb -p=80

Connect to server

Enter the IP:Port on the other device's browser to load up the web ui.

Notes

Currently file upload is non-functional
