ClusterUp downloads and installs the oc binary in order to run 'cluster up'

func DetermineOpenShiftVersion

func DetermineOpenShiftVersion(requestedVersion string) string

DetermineOpenShiftVersion returns the OpenShift/oc version to use. If the requested version is < the base line version we use baseline oc to provision the requested OpenShift version. If the requested OpenShift version is >= the baseline, we align the oc version with the requested OpenShift version.

EnsureHostDirectoriesExist ensures that the specified directories exist on the VM and creates them if not.

func GetExecutionContext

GetExecutionContext creates an ExecutionContext for executing add-on. The context contains variables to interpolate during add-on execution, as well as the means to communicate with the VM (SSHCommander) and OpenShift (OcRunner).
