getting started

1. setup dns to the server hosting dcraft
2. proxy to https (tested with nginx and letsencypt)
3. register the app in Discord. https://discord.com/developers/applications
4. sign into Discord, and navigate to this url. replace {id} with the apps ID. https://discordapp.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id={id}&scope=applications.commands
