UnpackTarGz 解压一个 tar.gz 文件到指定的目的地，返回解压后的根目录全路径。 输入参数 data 是包含压缩文件内容的字节切片，dst 是解压文件的目标目录。 如果在解压过程中发生错误，会返回一个非 nil 的 error。
