orgmode で書かれた日本語ドキュメントを英語に翻訳します。

* 使用方法

src.org を翻訳する場合。  
  
: trasorg -m trans src.org -c accesstoken.json

- accesstoken.json

GCP の translate API へのアクセストークンを記載した JSON ファイルです。
