Ported https://git.zaks.web.za/thisiszeev/cbr2cbz to golang.
Mostly for the excersize of doing so but also because the script was in the state it didn't run.
Changes from upstream
- Golang
- No longer needs (un)rar and (un)zip binaries
- No longer needs temp directories
