func OTLPProvider(ctx context.Context, endpointUrl, serviceName string) (trace.TracerProvider, error)
OTLPProvider returns a TracerProvider configured to push traces to the given OTLP endpoint. HTTP, HTTPS, or GRPC transport will be used depending on the scheme specified in endpointUrl.
