NewController initializes the controller and is called by the generated code Registers event handlers to enqueue events. When the secret `google-cloud-key` of namespace `cloud-run-events` gets updated, we will enqueue the deployment `controller` of namespace `cloud-run-events`.

NewConstructor creates a constructor to make a Deployment controller.

func (r *Reconciler) Reconcile(ctx context.Context, key string) error

Reconciler implements controller.Reconciler. It gets the deployment and then update its annotation. With this, the deployment will recreate the pods and they will pick up the latest secret image immediately. Otherwise we would need to wait for 1 min for the deployment pods to pick up the updated secret.
