LandscaperCliHomeEnvName is the name of the environment variable that configures the landscaper cli home directory.

LandscaperCliHomeDir returns the home directoy of the landscpaer cli. It returns the $LANDSCAPER_HOME if its defined otherwise the default "$HOME/.landscaper" is returned.
