FinalizerName is the finalizer used by this controller.

Reconciler reconciles ControllerRegistrations and manages the finalizer on these objects depending on whether ControllerInstallation objects exist in the system. It basically protects ControllerRegistrations from being deleted, if there are still ControllerInstallations referencing it.
