goversion

Prints the build information for Go executables.

1. Install

go install github.com/fsgo/goversion@latest

2. Usage

2.1 help

# goversion -help
prints the build information for Go executables
Usage of goversion:
  goversion [-m] [-o=json] [file ...]
  -m	need module info
  -o string
    	output format, support: txt、json、json_p
    	json: JSON, all in one line
    	json_p: JSON pretty, many lines
    	 (default "txt")

2.2 basic usage

Basic use: print the executable file's Go Version

# goversion go_fmt
go_fmt : go1.19

# goversion ~/bin/hello.sh
~/bin/hello.sh : [Error] could not read Go build info from ~/bin/hello.sh: unrecognized file format
