Emit will send a message to all other Kanali instances.

Start will start the HTTP server for the Kanali gateway It could either be an HTTP or HTTPS server depending on the configuration

func StartUDPServer() (e error)

StartUDPServer will start the udp server that is used to comminute between all running Kanali instances.
