HTTPHeader is our custom header type that can merge fields.

func (h HTTPHeader) MergeHeaders(nh HTTPHeader)

MergeHeaders is used to merge two headers together as one. It takes all the incoming header values and merges them to HTTPHeader without replacing the previous value
