Build Main Identity Chain

Builds the main Identity chain. Optional flags:

  • -host={FACTOMD_HOST}
  • -ec={EC_PRIV_KEY}
  • -f={true/false}
    • It will not create the chain if it already exists. Set 'f' to true to override and create anyway
